Executive Update & Holiday Greetings

Dear Members,

As we reflect on the past year, it is clear that it has been a busy and productive one for our Local. We accomplished many important initiatives, enjoyed several great social events that brought members together, and formally served notice to bargain. These achievements are a testament to the dedication and involvement of our membership and executive.

We would also like to take this opportunity to recognize a significant transition within our leadership. Our Lead Shop Steward, Dan Person, has stepped down from his role. We extend our sincere thanks to Dan for his many years of invaluable service, commitment, and leadership in support of our Local and its members. Dan was a great source of experience and a calming influence for several Presidents over the years, in various roles with the Union.

We are pleased to welcome Aaron Coulombe as our new Lead Shop Steward and look forward to the experience, perspective, and leadership he will bring to the role. We also welcome Dawn Dallyn as a new Executive at Large (Inside), and Gerry Townsend as trustee. In addition, we thank Kasandra Gibson, former Executive at Large (Inside), for the time, effort, and dedication she generously gave to our Local.

As the year comes to a close, we wish all members and their families a safe, healthy, and happy holiday season. Thank you for your continued support and solidarity. We look forward to the year ahead.
