November Election and Simply Voting

Please note, we will be using Simply Voting for our upcoming election on November 23 & 24, 2020.   Simply Voting is a easy-to-use election manager.  In order to use Simply Voting, you must provide your personal email address to the Union Office before the end of the voting period.  Voting will run from 8:00am on November 23rd to 8:00pm on November 24th.

You will be directed to our branded voting website and be asked to authenticate your identity by providing your employee number.   If authentication is successful, you will be presented with a list of any ongoing elections. When you submit a ballot, the results are encrypted and kept anonymous and you will be issued a receipt and be blocked from voting for this election again.

Again, an email address must be provided to the union office at cupe386@shaw.ca in order to receive the voting link from Simply Voting.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Union office at (604) 936-1810.
